The reusable postpartum packs are pliable when frozen and are easy to heat and cool.

ICE THERAPY: Reduce swelling and discomfort and aid recovery from birth

To cool – place in the freezer (without cover), for at least two hours

HEAT THERAPY: Use before perineal massage or during labour on the perineum to reduce risk of tears during pushing.

To heat – place in the microwave (without cover), for 10 to 15 seconds, if needed, heat for additional five seconds, in intervals, until desired temperature is achieved.

Place in a cover and place on the perineum. Do not use for longer than 20 minutes application. Clean with mild soapy water after each use.

Covers can be washed in the washing machine on a cold wash. Do not tumble dry.
